Why hello there Im Sean I live in the American gardens building on west 81st street on the 21st floor. Im 25 years old. I believe in taking care of myself I eat a well balance diet and exercise. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while I do stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.
