Acceptance of Terms: Through our websites, EMR Direct ("we", "us") provides you with access to a variety of resources, contact forms and other communication forums, company information, product information, and downloads (collectively "Web Services"). Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by us. Message delivery may be subject to approval by participating carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Links to and from Third Party Sites: Our Web Services may contain links to third party sites that are not under our control. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience.
