President Trump did not violate a federal judge’s order when CNN, Politico, and MSNOW were denied access to the White House on Thursday morning.
Trump last Friday announced that he has banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House for constantly reporting “FAKE NEWS.”
The outlets filed suit on Monday and sought an emergency order to overturn the ban.
The lawsuit was assigned to US District Judge Tim Kelly, a Trump appointee. On Wednesday, Judge Kelly appeared skeptical during a hearing on Trump’s media ban.
A lawyer for the outlets accused the Trump Administration of banning the news organizations “completely out of the blue” and urged the judge to immediately restore their access.

If you read media headlines about the Supreme Court’s September 14, 2026, ruling on the Post Office’s handling of mail-in ballots, it’s easy to think the Supreme Court completely stopped Trump’s effort to secure our national elections.
Pundits, activists, and state officials claimed total victory. The Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) released a report showing that male athletes have stolen 2,293 gold medals from females.
CWALAC’s research discovered the following:
Trans-identifying males have stolen over 2,293 gold medals from women and girls in the United States, pushing each rightful champion down to second place.
Trans-identifying male athletes have stolen over $501,498 in prize money from women in professional sports.
In California alone, over 611 women and girls have taken silver below a male allowed to compete in the women’s category.
Trans-identifying males have competed in more than 14,301 female sport events, amateur and professional.
New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill (D) demanded that her Lieutenant Governor, Dale Caldwell, resign after a report found that he sexually harassed a woman and repeated policy violations.
The investigation into Caldwell was sparked by an anonymous letter sent in May.
According to a 61-page report, Caldwell repeatedly made romantic advances toward a female staffer’s friend and after he was rejected, he made sexually charged comments to the staffer.
The staffer was so frightened that she avoided Caldwell. The investigators also found that Caldwell tried to secure a promotion for an employee with whom he was romantically involved without properly disclosing the relationship.
