Our friends put on a dodge ball tournament at our church in March to raise money for the MS Foundation. Both of our boys got some teams together to play. All of the kids had fun, and Wesley's team even won for their age division!

Wesley was invited to Grant's birthday party at Medieval Times this year. Grant's mom was kind enough to let Curtis and I tag along since we had never been. Curtis went wild while supporting his knight!

Cabo!

My wonderful cousin Sarah invited the five cousins to her timeshare in Cabo to celebrate her 40th!! Audra and Erin sadly couldn't make it, so Sarah, Lela, and I spent a wonderful WEEK in February in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Oh my goodness. It was such a long, relaxing, wonderful trip. We got up to enjoy a couple of sunrises (in memory of Grandma), watched every sunset, had a one hour (!) massage, relaxed by the many different pools each day, walked on the beach, and one day we hiked over some rocks to Lovers Beach and rode a bike taxi to the wharf. We also made it into the city to do some shopping and eat some yummy dinners most nights. It was just amazing. We all missed our people back home, but it truly was a wonderful time with these girls in a beautiful place.

The Rest of Christmas Break - iFly, Six Flags, and Paul & Christi Visit

Wesley and Curtis asked for an iFly experience for their main Christmas present this year. We went during the last week of Christmas Break and had so much fun watching them fly. At first, Curtis was a little apprehensive when he was watching others "fly." He told his instructor he didn't want to go high at first, but then decided right before his turn he did want to try it. He was glad he did, and his instructor gave him a cute little hug at the end. You could tell he was proud. :)

Both Paul and Christi got to visit from Maine for the first time since they moved over 5 years ago! Paul visited when JM graduated, but we hadn't seen Christi for quite awhile. They came mid-January right when the kids had started back to school, so having another family gathering was so fun for them! We had a great time playing games, eating BBQ and Mexcian food, and just being together at our house. Hopefully we won't go as long between this and our next visit.
