Okoamari AU
Old doodles of Askari after I first got him. I think I might sit down and give the guy a proper makeover and second chance at being in Okoamari, I grew attached to his story. Despite his menacing appearance he isn’t a threat to Simba or his throne, he simply wants to come home to the Pridelands. Being widely known as Scar’s original heir before Kovu though…makes things difficult.

This was nearly done 2 weeks ago, but I got busy and later when I finally had time I decided to finish it.
So here we have Simba and Nala who walked under the rainbow which caused them to change gender. This rainbow idea is actually a slavic folklore tale where if boy walks under rainbow he turns into a girl and vice versa. Change here happened slowly and cubs started to feel a bit weird and this is when they noticed after running around for a bit. Nala is very shocked to have a mane and Simba is I guess still processing what happened.
Don't worry about Simba and Nala they will figure it out in a bit and get back to normal.
