- Queen - Comfortable and efficient; approx. 210 sq. ft. with one queen bed.
- King - Extra room to relax; approx. 290 sq. ft. with one king bed.
- King Suite - Our most spacious option; approx. 390 sq. ft. with one king bedroom, separate living space and kitchenette.
All guest rooms and common areas have access to free high-speed wireless internet.
Coffee and tea are provided each morning and evening from 5:00 to 10:00 in the guest center.
Clean Room Air: We utilize a roof-mounted circulating system that continuously exchanges the air in our guest rooms.

Why is it called the "Boulder" Dam Hotel when it houses the "Hoover" Dam Museum?
At the time the hotel was built in 1933, the dam was called Boulder Dam. The dam's name was changed to Hoover Dam in 1947, but the hotel opted to keep its historic name.
Does every guest room have a bath?
Yes, all of our guest rooms have an en-suite bathroom. The builder, Jack Webb, was targeting dignitaries visiting Hoover Dam, so he included all the "luxuries" of the time.
Do you have rooms with a kitchenette?
Yes, we have 4 King Suites with kitchenettes. Our King Suites have a bedroom with a king bed, a living room, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, fridge, and cabinets.
How close are you to historic downtown Boulder City?
We are located in the heart of historic downtown within easy walking distance to a dozen or so independently-owned, unique restaurants, plus an array of specialty shops and historic sites. We are a block from City Hall.
Do you have rooms with two beds?
No, all of rooms have only one bed. Our Queen Rooms have one queen bed, while our King Rooms and King Suites have one king bed.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets because of issues maintaining a consistent, high-quality guest experience in our historic building.
What payment methods do you accept?
If you book through an online travel agency like Expedia or Booking.com, you are entering into a contract with them and their payment policies will apply.
If you book directly through us, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
We do not accept cash payments for guest rooms, room tax, or incidentals charged to the room.
